"This type of service is expensive, probably because much of it is high up and requires scaffolding. Thus, while I think that the job created 5-star value, the money part pulled the rating down to 4.5, which is quite good. That said, Bianchini was competitive vs. others. Theirs was the middle bid, though the low bid seemed too low and was made without inspection the stucco up front. In the end, the proposal from Bianchini was clearly laid out, and it gave us confidence in them. Michael brought sample colors of the elastomeric paint for us to look at and painted them on our stucco, which was super helpful (in allowing us to pick a different shade vs. our original choices). Work was done while we were out of town, and our son was there to provide access to water for power washing and to approve the work, which then allowed us to make the final payment (Venmo, which was convenient). The photos we received from our son satisfied us that the job was done well. However, once we returned home, we were really satisfied with the job and the quality of the work. The color looks great, and anyone walking by might say our stucco looks the best in our neighborhood. All told, Bianchini repaired three cracks in the stucco, pressure washed all surfaces, and painted with elastomeric paint with a 20 year warranty (though we were advised 15 years was more reasonable). Great job overall, and we recommend Bianchini to any wishing to repair and refresh their stucco."

"Anthony and his team did an excellent job on our stucco. The color and texture were perfect! They also used The placement stones and dirt to flow water away from the house. We are very pleased. Whole process was very professional."

"Rob and Andy did a fantastic job. They painted my family room which is a very large room with a cathedral ceiling. They also painted my red brick fireplace. The room was completely transformed. I love it. They fixed a botched paint job that I had attempted to do myself in my kitchen and made it look great. They replaced rotted wood outside of my front exterior door and painted my front door. Rob and Andy came and gave me a fair estimate. They scheduled my job and confirmed a few days before. They were friendly, accommodating, neat and professional. I have never had painters be so professional and prompt. They got the job completed exactly when they said they would and were the best painting experience I have ever had."

"I’ve used Alison Stucco before and must say their level of professionalism and work ethic continues to impress. Their pricing is competitive and you can set your clock by them each day until the work is done. The crew is well organized and disciplined. A great organization. I talk about them often as an example of exceptional."

"Mike is experienced in all facets of masonry, and does a great job on all- from chimneys to brand new stucco or sidewalks etc."

"Excellent job with stucco around leaking windows. When house paint didn't match, found the right match the next day. Great service."

"Thank you for being so punctual. A great job was done in my house by this company! Very professional and paid attention to details. Will always be my my first choice when painting is needed for me or people I know."

"Greg and his team were excellent to work with. At our first meeting, Greg arrived on time and was very patient in answering each and every one of our endless questions very throughly as he examined the exterior of the house. It impressed us that during that examination he pointed out items we had never considered and made very helpful recommendations (i.e. Your garage doors are angled at the top corners and block the garage door windows - would you want them reframed squarely when we replace the trim work? You don't have any trim where your porch ceiling meets the brick, would you want that - it would look cleaner?). He also noticed that since we had replaced our windows prior to having the siding done, they hadn't flashed them properly and we should consider addressing that, and discussed the various siding options available and the pros and cons of each. Greg was timely in getting a quote to us, pricing out a variety of options and all were reasonable (especially flashing the windows). After approving certain options and the quote, Greg's communication was also timely and consistent. Upon the start of our job, his crew showed up on time, was very courteous, and cleaned up each day. They had to replace several areas of plywood and properly flashed our windows, in addition to replacing the siding. They framed everything from spigots to light fixture boxes and trimmed everything else nicely too. Our job did get behind schedule, but that was due to Mother Nature's decision to bring rain every single day. What impressed us was that Greg's crew showed up anyway, did what they could, and even worked in the rain to make sure the house was appropriately protected if siding had been removed and would be exposed to the weather. At the end of the job, we noticed a few items that didn't seem quite right (i.e. our bay window was trimmed slightly different on either side as two different crew members had worked on it). Upon notifying Greg of those items, he had his team out the next day and they addressed each one. It's now been a year since our siding was replaced. We opted for the insulated vinyl siding with the wider plank and not only does it look fantastic, we have been thrilled with its performance. We've gone from being one of the least energy efficient homes in our neighborhood to one of the most, and all we changed was the siding. No more drafty outlets, the house holds its heat, and after coming home from the Easter break on an 80 degree day, we thought we would be walking into a sauna. Instead our house was still a comfortable 71. That would not have been the case with our old aluminum siding. The only minor negative is that we were told it will be years until we have to worry about replacing any of the solar seal they used on the trim edges, but it is turning from clear to a yellowish, although maybe that is to be expected - it is holding up otherwise so far. All in all, we are very pleased with our siding, Greg, and his team. Greg is very knowledgable, he and his crew did everything they said they would, and we would definitely use them again and recommend them to others."

"Luis and Vinicio were great to work with. Responsive to phone calls, quick to provide quote, prioritized completing our job, very clean, and overall paint came out great!"
