Within minutes of walking barefoot, our feet turned black ? that?s how dirty the floors still were. Every cabinet and drawer was dusty, sticky, and clearly untouched. Instead of moving in, I?ve had to spend hours cleaning what I already paid them to do. To make things even worse, they showed up an hour late and then asked us to go out and buy paper towels for them. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had sent them every bit of information ? videos, photos, and property details ? ahead of time, so there?s absolutely no excuse. This service was an enormous waste of time, energy, and money. They?re expensive, unreliable, and don?t take pride in their work.
