"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would give Mr. David and New Life Flooring LLC more than five stars if I could! From day one, Mr. David and his son were punctual, professional, and hardworking—even working through rain. When hidden subfloor damage was discovered, he repaired it the right way instead of taking shortcuts. He removed every nail, sanded the subfloor smooth, and installed my LVP flooring with incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. He communicated throughout the project, treated my home with respect, even fixed my dryer vent, helped with extra tasks, and arranged professional cleaning after the dust from the repairs. The finished floors are absolutely beautiful and completely transformed my home. Mr. David is honest, dependable, and takes pride in his work. I’ve already hired him for future projects, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality workmanship!"

"He did an awesome job! We had a gap in the hardwood floor that kept getting bigger as the years went by, he took the time to figure out what exact type of wood it was and pick the perfect color stain and replaced the wood around the problem area including evening out the subflooring underneath. Excellent communication the whole way through, we couldn't be more pleased with the result!"

"Last year I had the pleasure of working with Craftsman Standard Flooring for the installation of wood flooring in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional and that’s thanks to Hieu! First and foremost, the pricing offered by Craftsman Standard was incredibly fair and transparent. They provided a detailed quote that accurately reflected the scope of the project, without any hidden fees or surprises along the way. It was refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and integrity in their pricing. Moreover, the timeliness of the installation was impressive. Craftsman Standard not only met but exceeded the timeline they had provided, completing the project efficiently without sacrificing quality. Their team arrived promptly and worked diligently to ensure that the installation for 3 bedrooms (200-500 sqft each) was completed within a 3-day timeframe, which was greatly appreciated. I will add that at no additional cost to myself Hieu came back to fix the finish for one of the bedrooms that had gotten damaged during painting. Finally, I must commend Hieu for the quality of service he provided throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, he was courteous, communicative, and always willing to address any questions or concerns I had. It's evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this company, and it truly sets them apart. I wholeheartedly recommend Craftsman Standard Flooring to anyone in need of wood floor installation. Their fair pricing, timeliness, efficiency, and commitment to quality service make them a standout choice in the industry. I couldn't be more pleased with the results, and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a reputable and trustworthy company. Thank you, Hieu, for transforming my home with beautiful wood flooring!"

"NC Floor Pros did an excellent job with installing the floors. Jr, one of the installers was professional and knowledgeable about flooring. They completed the job in one day, really good work ethics. Shout out to Fatima and the team. Highly recommend NC Floor Pros."

"To start off with, I had absolutely no issues getting an appointment time or with Encore showing up on time and getting the actual job done. And, they DID do a good job overall (minus leaving an odor behind that was not in my house before - I suppose I expected that cleaning the hard woods would leave behind a pleasant smell instead but that was not the case). However, my issues came with how I was dealt with over the phone. The manager ultimately recommended that I get my floors completely refinished rather than a simple clean after he came out for a quote, which I appreciated. However, I still went with the simple clean at the time (due to budgeting). After I made that decision, the manager made it sound as if he was doing me a favor by only performing the cleaning, rather than just simply agreeing to the job. On top of that, he complained several times over the phone about how we wasn't necessarily making much money on this job because of the type of cleaning I requested, and also claimed that my Angie's List credit was going to be reflected in his vague discount (even after which ended up at just over $400 for 1000 sqft. of cleaning, which seemed high to me). I'd consider hiring Encore again for the good end result, but wouldn't necessarily look forward to dealing with them over the phone moving forward."

"Excellent job!!! All went well from the Salesman to the installers.. Highly recommend them. Left my house clean."
