So it always starts with Ryan Craft, an amazing bundle of positive energy and professionalism who comes to your house, walks your property and roof, and quite honestly, "owns" the project in a way that you know every aspect is being handled the right way. As you get close, and throughout the project, he will text and email you to make sure everything is handled the right way and you are satisfied. The team you deal with re project management, scheduling, billing, and leading the crew (Caitlyn, Kandi, Nicole, Denise, Tina, Mike, roofing lead Donnie and more that I know I am forgetting) are so so helpful. But the work? Amazing - for example, my house roof has a very large and tall porch gazebo that's very difficult to re-shingle, and they not only did a great job, but asked my permission to manufacture a "better" top for it ("not" part of the project, but they thought it would be cool). They replaced a wood "stump" that stuck out the top with a perfectly formed color matching cone that looks amazing! When one smaller project was completed (trim around the garage doors) and I saw some areas where the metal was curving, Peak management came out and said not only was that going to be repaired, he thought they could have done a better job matching the color - and said if i didn't mind, they would re-do the entire project! He was right! The new color was fantastic, and they didn't even have to do that. If you are thinking of a roof, siding, gutters, etc and a competition comes in with a better price, I submit that you will get what you pay for. The 12 or so years I have partnered with Peak for my projects, I haven't been paying "just" for the cost of material or labor. I've been paying for the kind of customer service you rarely experience these days."

The roof and gutters were also done and minor repairs done to the gutters and covers to ensure they were in good shape. "Jesus was great to work with. Jesus came out on a Saturday in the rain on time and gave me a estimate. Jesus showed me samples and recommendations and also helped pick out the color and style. Jesus ordered the shingles and a week later Jesus and his crew replaced the gutters,siding and replaced the roof. "The installation went very well. The company sent a very articulate and extremely knowledgeable representative (Brian) to scope out the work prior to the scheduled installation. The flow of the conversation put me immediately at ease since the work was being done in my newly built home. Brian informed me up front that the work may result in an extra cut or two in the drywall which would result in additional cost to repair (not good news at all, but at least he told me up front!). Brian then took the time to explore various options with me (as I was looking to avoid extra cuts and extra costs) and we came up with a solution that was free of extra cuts and extra cost.
When the two technicians came out a week or so later, they were prompt, professional and took the time to ensure I understood what was to be done and how. The company was 3 for 3 in sending men who were kind enough to indulge my questions. The two gentleman were just as considerate as Brian and it was extremely cool being informed by the two installers with the same conversational flow and consideration as Brian. It seemed important to all 3 representatives that I clearly understood and was in agreement with the work to be done. So very awesome!!!
In addition to the technicians, the women in the office were kind, funny, and professional. Service matters to the folk at Walls Electrical. I would use them again in a minute!!!"
