"We recently had Hart Masonry and Waterproofing replace our foundation and waterproof the basement. The entire process was easy and Brandon and his crew were phenomenal! We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed. "I hired this gentlman 3 years ago to do my tuck pointing aroung my house , chimmey work and to redo my front proch stoop that had to be rebuilt. It was $5300.00 for the job . It took 2 days to complete. The front proch is now breaking up in small areas. I talked to ruscil about 2 monthes ago and texted the pics to him , told me he would come and look at and he never did. I made a complaint to the BBB , they closed it out due to no response. My next step is to take him to small claims court. I am doing that by beg of next month. I work so it is hard for me to get to the court in the m-f to them. I just wanted him to fix this. I dont think this was a hard request given the amount of money that I spent on this."
