"Sirek Landscaping installed a paver patio for me and placed rock and border stone in a surrounding area. Careful attention was paid to drainage, natural slope of the area to determine whether a wall might be necessary. Tom is creative and had excellent suggestions to improve upon our ideas (avoid a wall by going wider within our desired square footage). He is a great problem solver-came to our rescue when a tree vendor did not follow through. The result looks far better than our original idea. The huge surprise was how careful his crew was to minimize damage to lawn for back yard access (our neighbor’s lawn). They used wheel barrels, avoiding same tracts as wear began to show. We may not have any lawn repair to do-part luck, part professionalism. You may not see fancy drawings, itemization of materials, instead a clear idea of total cost based on number of days it takes to do the job and years of experience Tom has ordering materials. His bid is comparable to others, better quality and adequate supply of materials and he was able to get to the job sooner and get it done quickly."

"We are very pleased with L&R on all the projects that we have had completed in our yard. All the projects were well planned, designed and installed with care and respect to our property. They have done multiple landscaping projects that have improved our yard, including regrading, new shrubs, stone path, granite stone steps in the back yard up to a raised bed garden on the most difficult berm. Also installed brick side walk and under ground drains for rain run off, and replaced our deck with a two level deck and stairway. This past spring we called on them to do a yard cleanup and mulch refresh throughout the yard. The latest project was a some what emergency call when we had to have a new electric service installed, and as part of that work a growing rod had to be installed which required part of our paver sidewalk to be removed and reinstalled. They responded quickly, and made a problem disappear. Chris, the owner, reviewed my project needs, suggested block style and color, described the process in detail and provided an estimate.  To ensure I would be satisfied with the color choice, he directed me to another project he completed in my area where the same block was used.  The selection was perfect and I hired Artistic Landscapes. 

The crew arrived on time and completed the project as planned. Chris was on site throughout the project to answer any questions I might have and to ensure all was on track.  The effort entailed removal of the existing flagstone wall, digging and setting a base, and removal of left-over flagstone and soil. They also had to accommodate my gutter drainpipe, and I was impressed with their solution. The team was professional, well organized and efficient.

"I hired Luke to fill windows wells that we wanted to eliminate. He was thorough in explaining the process to me and was even able to give me a bid using pictures I had sent him (due to COVID-19 we were/are trying to reduce exposure).
