"Ivan provided prompt, professional service at a very reasonable price. I needed a brick veneer wall on the corner of my garage repaired that required someone that could lay a weeping mortar brick style that was consistent to the style that was used when my home was built in the late 1950's. He came out with two of his assistants and completed the project in one day! In repairing the wall he also repaired the foundation and secured some loose and cracked cinder block with metal braces. Really a great job and at half the price of one of the other quotes that I got. I highly recommend Ivan's Masonry!"

He estimated that it would require 5 hours to complete the Job which was to rebuild the threshold under 2 new Doors with custom fit Brickwork. Armando called me the week before advising that he had acquired the materials and we finalized the installation date due to Weather. I provided him with a day full of Sunshine ad 40 degree temp. as opposed to 20 degree and snow. He completed the job in 3.5 hours instead of 5 hours.
