"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Tony and Tom are very attentive to their clients.  They listen and provide what you ask for.  They always return phone calls, show up as scheduled, and complete work as promised.  They handled the demolition quickly and neatly.  Tom removed a soffit, rearranged my wiring, added new outlets and fixtures.  The ceiling/walls where the soffit was located were replaced with new plasterboard, and the walls/ceiling in the entire room were corrected and painted by Tony.  It looked better than new!!  They removed the old floor which had 3 layers, down to the original wood planks.  This was not an easy task, but they did it and still kept their happy attitudes.  Tom then laid the entire new tile floor, which came out beautiful. 
Because they pay attention to details, it was realized that my stove had to be moved to accommodate the new cabinets.  It was not a problem for Tom to move the gas line to solve the problem.   Also, new wiring was laid out for our new vented microwave.  After the cabinets were installed, Tom cut, laid out, and affixed the tiled back splash.  Again, we were very pleased.
I've recommended AC PRO to several friends already, who have also had bathrooms and kitchens done by them.  We are all very happy with the workmanship, cleanliness, skills and professionalism and would highly recommend to all.

I had a pleasant experience with everyone involved: Angela who scheduled the initial visit and installation, Joe who came out and took the door measurements, Randy and the other installer (sorry, I don't remember his name), and Bill the installation manager who came out to address the lock problem I had with the door.
NOTE: Before installer leaves make sure you can lock & unlock the door with and without the key, and that you can remove the key once the deadbolt is in the locked position. Don't just hold the door open & try it; actually close the door and make sure everything works. This will save you a lot of problems.
