"Shawn and his team at All Raingutter Systems, Inc. are one of those companies that seem to be so difficult to find in these times. Shawn personally came out twice to assess my gutter replacement and tile roof repair needs. Of the four bidders that responded to my quote request, he was the only one who was willing to do the roof repair element. He was extremely thorough with his project scoping, explained why he recommended each element of the scope and prepared gutter samples to help me match my facia paint color. The work required three days. His crew showed up on time each day and worked efficiently and were very conscientious about their craftsmanship and end-of-day housekeeping. The attention to detail was refreshing to experience. I had only one minor concern about the attachment of one of the gutter downspouts that I noticed at the end of the second day. Before I had a chance to mention it the next morning, one of the crew was already on a ladder addressing the issue."

"My roof was leaking around the fireplace and my gutters needed replacing but I was hesitant to hire someone as I didn’t know who was reputable. I noticed my neighbor who had roofers repairing the area around his fireplace and I got his roofers names. His roofer was Jorge Maldonado (415) 424-1274. Jorge does roofs (replacement and repair), deck repairs, siding repairs, fencing repairs and exterior painting. I had him check my roof and he patched up the area around the fireplace, explaining what he was doing each step of the way. He also sealed all the roof vent pipes. I also had him replace my rain gutters and he disposed of the old ones. I was happy when Jorge said that my roof did not need replacement at this time, that it was good for about 5 more years. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job. Jorge explained each step of the way and was clear on the price. The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently together getting the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. After Jorge did my roof, another neighbor had him do partial rain gutter replacement for her home. I was really pleased with the job he did and plan to contact him when my roof needs replacing or my side fences. Recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent worker!"

"The first time the leak was worked on, there was never a good test of the repair because the rain stopped. When it resumed raining hard, in December 2016 and January 2017, the roof started to leak again in the same location. I called the same person I had dealt with for the prior work, and received promises but no action. Everyone who looked at the roof said they saw no problem, but it continued to leak. After 6-8 weeks of inspections, delays, changed appointments, and ongoing leaking, I contacted the office manager and got fast response and good service. Ramon spent time in the attic even though the leaky area was a long way from the attic access entry point, and difficult to get to. He followed the stains from the water from its outside entry point to where it was entering our living space, and determined what needed to be done to really fix the leak. Once he did that (which they had not done during the prior work), the repair itself was quick and easy, and it has rained hard since the repair with no ongoing leakage into our living space. I don't know if we paid for work that wasn't really needed in the first attempt to fix this leak, but I was happy that the warranty on the original work covered this work, and satisfied overall. Lesson to self: call the office first!"

"The president and foreman Mr. Rodriguez, not only familiar with roofing but also carpentry, windows and painting, is a very conscientious craftsman caring about every detail. He was ready to start the project a couple of days after the start order with a right crew and materials. His crew members were highly diligent, although with skill levels all different. The initial estimate of the cost was a bit too low, probably to be competitive, ending up with extensive extras, so that it seems better for some people to get the "not-to-exceed" price upfront. I will definitely retain him for my next project."
