"The contractor did an excellent job installing the wood fence. The communication was professional and responsive throughout the project. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The fence looks sturdy, clean, and well-built, and the work area was left neat after completion. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them to others."

"With Optimiz3 Construction everything was everything I hoped it could be. I appreciate Jordan's prompt responses and no nonsense professionalism. I sent out a request to have a new fence built in my yard and only Jordan at Optimiz3 followed through professionally and responsibly. None of the other contractors that I contacted or contacted me were able to respond as kindly, professionally and respectively. In just 3 days Jordan was able to conceptualize and built my new fence in a manner that exceeded my expectations. The price was good and the value is outstanding! My fence is amazing and Optimiz3 Construction is amazing. Thank you very much for all your hard work. Jordan at Optimiz3 Construction can be your one and done call for your construction needs."

"Try Valley was very competent and promptly installed a lovely fence. We plan to hire them to stain the fence and I suspect they will do a fine job with that as well. We recommend them."

"It was fine. Nothing in particular stood out about them. If I had more work of that kind to do I would use this company again. They were responsive and professional."

"IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."

"If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows,
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen!
*installing two light fixtures (this included fixing the wiring in both),
 *painting kitchen cabinets,
*regrouting the kitchen sink,
*priming and painting the baseboards in the living room, dining room and hallway,
*fixing a water damaged wall
*Priming and painting the trim around the living and dining room windows.
*priming and painting the wall around the living room windows
*removing the carpet in the  large  hallway and cleaning up the hardwood underneath, (gorgeous)
*taking the paint off of some tiling in the bathroom.
Carlos brought all of the supplies and even went to home depot to pick up some items for projects that I had added to the original list.  Carlos is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work.
He is a great listener when you explain what you need and makes valuable suggestions!
I love walking around the house and seeing all of the wonderful improvements.  If houses could smile, mine would have the biggest around.
Thank you Carlos, I look forward to our next project !
