The chain-link portion was slightly delayed due to weather and the need for the posts to have more setup time which I agreed with and thought was the smart thing to do. The guys had good attention to detail and made sure we agreed with how the fencing turned out around a couple of trees."

My sales rep was well informed, did a great job quoting and explaining everything and despite some material delays (nothing they can do about that) it was a very smooth process. "The internal fence was well done. The fence around my backyard has become uneven and sinking in spots over time. In addition, due to the sinking neither one of my gates closes anymore and are no longer aligned. I’ve called several times to get this repaired and I’ve been told that there’s no repair crew. The only way they can service my gates is if they have a crew near my neighborhood doing work. This is not the first year that I’ve needed my gates realigned and fixed. The first time I asked, no one ever came out the entire summer. I had to call again the following year and finally had the gates realigned. Here we are two years later and the same thing is happening again. The only reason I gave them an overall rating of C instead of D was because the internal fence and gate is holding up OK so far."

"Cary came out and discussed choices and showed styles.  Showed us pretty much the type and quality of railings that we wanted.  Discussed the color and explained why white is a tough choice for durability.  Showed samples of rail and colors.  Generated a quote based on all options we determined we wanted and that became the final price. <br /> Time estimated was 2-3 weeks.  Called when hardware was ready and came out at agreed date and time.  Removed old railings, drilled larger holes to accommodate new railings, aligned railings, touched up section that had to be welded in place and painted it, and cleaned area and new railings.  Even gave me a small amount of paint for touch up in the future. <br /> We are very satisfied with the professionalism of the installers and the quality of the work.  Will recommend to others. <br />"
