Communication was excellent and Trevor was able to give me an estimate based on the photo of my log pile that I emailed to him. We settled on a date and as it got closer the weather forecast was for rain. I contacted Trevor to see if he wanted to reschedule but he promptly replied that he would be there as planned at 9:00 am. He was on time and after politely introducing himself and asking a few pertinent questions about my preferences for the firewood size and stacking location he and his associate went to work.
