"Gothic completed multi-faceted work including removal of chimney, replace framing and roofing along with building a new gas fireplace bump out where the old chimney was. After removal and disposal of the old brick and block chimney Gothic replaced water damaged structural members, replaced sheathing on both the wall and roof and framed and sheathed a new gas fireplace insert bump out. Gothic resided the new bump out matching the old vinyl siding perfectly, installed asphalt shingles on the repaired roof section, again matching the old work perfectly. All work was permitted and passed inspection with no issues, and they removed all the construction debris and cleaned the area such that I had no cleanup to do. I will be hiring them again for future work."

"Went well, would work with them again. Incredibly professional throughout. We actually found out about them through a team of theirs that was going house to house. Very slick presentation. We needed gutters repaired after a neighbor's tree came down and tore up our existing ones. They actually looked at our siding and windows and didn't recommend replacing at this time, which was really refreshing. The only, very minor, nit we have to pick is that the guys who actually came and did the work ended up leaving metal scraps on the roof and some on the ground, which with 2 active and young children, and a dog, we have some concerns with. Otherwise the work looks great and we're happy with it."

He would stop whatever he was doing to answer any questions we had and made sure everything was to our liking. "Andrew came promptly to give an estimate after we called him.  When hired, he understood the need of doing the work quickly due to a rainy summer.  He put a temporary patch on the roof to prevent additional water damage while waiting for the job to be done.  The staff were very helpful in giving guidance, including completed roofs in the vicinity, to help us choose the color of shingles we wanted.  The job was scheduled sooner that originally estimated and there were no delays.  We were told it would be a two day job.  The workers came promptly each morning and worked very long hours to finish the job in the two days promised.  The new fan turned out to be defective and was replaced within 2 business days after notifying the office.  The only small issue we had was a slightly damaged existing skylight sun shade from replacing the skylight.  Crew did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.
