This is especially important to note, if you're looking to hire Rising Star because of other reviews, and are planning on filing an insurance claim. He'll start by telling you that he'll handle everything, easy as pie. What this really means is, he'll guide you along the way, because the insurance company is only going to want to deal with the policy holder, so actually it's you that will be doing the handling. It's also important to note; because of his, "tell them whatever they want to hear" personality, every time you speak with him, will be like the first time. He won't remember what he said the time before, and will instantly go into telling you whatever he thinks you want to hear today. And what he thinks you always want to hear is, all is good, no matter what roadblock the insurance company has thrown in front of you, it'll all work out in the end. And what he really means by that is, no matter the outcome, in the end, Rising Star will make a profit! Would I recommend them? Depends. If you're filing an insurance claim, and are totally clueless about the process, yes, as long as you go in with your eyes fully open. Looking to hire for a straight roofing job, probably not. I'm sure there are any number of companies out there that also do quality work, will do it for a better price, and won't tell you the sun is shining, when it's actually raining cats and dogs!"
