"It went wonderfully, I got several quotes from companies I found on Angies List and found Superior Deck and Fence to be the most affordable. At first I was concerned that their website didn't have many pictures of decks that they had done whether wooden or composite so I spoke with Rob and he texted me pictures of some of the places they had done in Ocean City, MD and I felt reassured that while affordable, the quality of work was great. Their schedule was reasonable so they were able to start the work within two weeks of my signing of the contract so that was also a plus. The work was done by Rob and another worker so it took 6 days, but I cared about them doing a good job so I didn't have a problem with it. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the work they did, and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. The pictures show the L-shaped railing, and the landing with steps, and the completed fence in the background."

"Their work has always been "top-notch." Over the last 25 years, they replaced the tile twice, repaired the coping stones when needed, and last summer installed all new modern coping stones. This spring they are scheduled to re-plaster the pool for the second time in 25 years. They also assist with deck renovation by applying the mastic between the coping and surrounding pool deck. We are always pleased with results of their work. They provide the cost of the work upfront and always stick to the agreed price. "<p>After my terrible experience with George's Painting, I had called Mike Rafferty and some other painters. Mike had called and had set up a date for an estimate. The other painters either were booked up or just didn't want to do the job because my house was built around 1926.  Mike came out and went over what I needed to have completed but he even gave me quotes, if I didn't want to have everything completed at one time, so after going over the plan and the price, I was sold. The bonus was that Mike could start the job in two weeks, the day after labor day. Mike and his crew came by just as expected and had completed the job the same day, which I was amazed but more important the work was Awesome, this was no small job folks, but Mike completed it and also did a couple of  favors for me as well, so needless to say his customer service far exceeded what I had expected. He does have one retouch to do but to be honest it may take him about 15 minutes and that is all. My wife and I are very excited about the job, Mike and his crew completed and again I must reiterate the price was fair, the job again was Awesome, plus the clean up after the project had been completed was the icing on the cake.
