"The stain that was used for the shower floor stuck to the tile more than the team had expected. I guess it wasn?t the type of tile they initially thought it was. They came back the following day and took some extra time finishing and cleaning it but the stain didn?t all come up from the tile and there are white spots of residual stain throughout. Kinda hard to tell unless you look close though at least. Was very bummed that the tech dumped the unused stain water onto the recently resurfaced street. Our neighbors aren?t going to be happy with us over that. The pictures attached are after the team came back and said they worked on removing the stain. Paid full price. Took care of the issues with the shower but overall, not the most professional job and wouldn?t hire again."

When Joe got there he saw that they hadn’t left the right mounting brackets so he advised on the type I should buy & when I had those to call him back and he’d install. "We had a prior meeting to review what was involved in preparation (moving furniture and other objects) for the cleaning of the tile and grout. On the 17 April 17 Eric showed up and started the grout cleaning and completed the job in about 4 hours. The grout had not been cleaned for 10 years and was nearly black. He did a great job, the grout lines were a light gray again and tile look like new. He sealed the grout lines and left the space clean. Eric was very careful working around the furniture we were not able to move. It was a real joy to hire someone who is so professional and pleasant. The whole experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Avalanche Cleaning to anyone."
