I had them remove old fencing that was literally falling apart and replace it as well as add an extension, for a total of about 308 ft of 6 ft fencing. They did it all in about 4 days. My old fence had a concrete footer that ran the entire length of the fence as well. They had to use concrete cutters and jackhammers to cut out areas to put in the new posts with new concrete. This was not an easy job. This is a very hard-working crew! I highly recommend them for your fence project."

"In August, our beloved pup escaped from the yard when the yard man left the gate unlatched. He was hit by a truck and killed. Subsequently, we wanted to put in an extra, security gate into our back yard, and at the same time complete the wooden fence by replacing the one chain link section. After scouting contractors, and getting bids, we found Ryan. An independent, locally owned fence contractor. We feel blessed. His price was fully a thousand dollars less than 'name' contractors. His work is immaculate, I'd go so far as to say he's a perfectionist, a craftsman. Working alone, he completed the project in 2 days (allowing for concrete setting time). If you need any fencing work along the northern front range, you'll be happy to have found Ryan at Patriot Fence! Very highly recommended! Home Advisor apparently doesn't have a category for wooden fending, but Ryan does all types of fencing, including the wooden picket fence and gate we had excellently installed!"

"FEMA required that our commercial property grade be raised out of the new floodplain. I pulled together bids from numerous companies and got their opinion on how they would go about the project because of it being in a hard to reach area. "We are really glad we hired Juan Segovia. We received quotes from 4 companies for a 13x20 patio. Segovia's quote was in the bottom half, and he said he could start in the morning and complete the patio in 3 days, which he delivered on. I had a few questions based on a few negative reviews of Segovia, so here's what I learned: Communication: Juan, the owner, who works incredibly hard and precisely, is not a native english speaker and while he has enough english to get by, I could see how this could be difficult for the client. HOWEVER, his son, Jose works very closely with Juan and speaks perfect english and WILL COMMUNICATE PROMPTLY VIA E-MAIL. He is the only landscaper who returned any of my calls or e-mails same day. Having everything in writing made me feel more confidant to hire them. Estimate $: Jose came out for an initial estimate and gave me a ballpark figure, but I wanted to speak with Juan before work began, as I had read a review saying that their actual price was WAY over the estimate. Jose and Juan came out within a day or two and were able to detail exactly what we would be paying for what. Once work started, they ended up needing several tons more dirt than they initially expected (our yard is very sloped). Also, we asked Juan to make a small change to the width of steps, which required more material. I was aware the price was going up, and in the end we were charged about $400 more than the initial estimate. I think that was very reasonable and felt informed throughout the process. Is Segovia's a large, well established company? No. Is Juan going to whip out his iPad and generate a 3D rendering of your future backyard? No. This is a small, family owned company who will get the job done. We paid a reasonable price for a patio delivered on time and within our budget. We are happy we hired Segovia."
