Also checked electric to lightpoles in pool area and front yard. Additionally, there was an issue with the stove not working the next morning. I called him, and Joe came right up to check. "he did a decent job, but the spindles were installed with nails and only one nail in each support, should have used deck screws ( two each for better support, nails will come loose after a couple years, had to redo spindles by adding decking screws on all spindles"

"House was properly resupported and while digging for supports Gino noticed a larger water problem then originally thought. Additional sump pump and pit was suggested with extra drains prior to pouring concrete. I agreed and am glad I did. Pouring of concrete is complete. It's a large basement and as expected the concrete has a few spots that pool water. Gino has assured me that these spots will be leveled with a special concrete leveled in order to assure proper drainage in the event of water. Overall the sump pump system works well as it was tested with a large rainstorm.
