"?????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I called in LATE on a FRIDAY afternoon. APRIL enthusiastically answered, FIRST ring, & I explained the awful noise from my sump pump. She got me on the next day's schedule. Saturday! I gave her the specs of the unit & she calmly took notes for the technician. Jimmy texted on his way, arrived timely & had all the necessary parts stocked in the truck! He completed the changeout in record time & accepted credit card payment. The entire process couldn't have went any smoother! The new Zoeller unit runs so quiet, I don't hear it at all in the house. After seeing the shooting plume of water, I informed Craig the SM & his followup exceeded my expectations. Great team to work with; excellent service, fair price! Ten Stars!"

"We purchased new inside and outside A/C unit from Service Air in 2021. We also had them put something in our attic for allergens. In 2023, the bulb went out and was replaced under the warranty we purchased separately. The new bulb went out in 2025, still under warranty, and Service Air decided to charge us $359.00 to replace it although it was STILL under warranty. Because of this, I won?t be recommending Service Air to anyone in the future. And will be sure to share my experience with anyone who will listen. Not a reputable company in my experience."

"PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORKMANSHIP OR PARTS!!! NORTH STAR HVAC ORDERED AND INSTALLED A DEFECTIVE DEFROST BOARD & SENSOR 2/1/23 - I PAID 2 HOURS LABOR $250 + TRAVEL CHARGE ADDITIONAL $125 PLUS PARTS & SHIPPING = $493.92. DEFROST BOARD WAS DEFECTIVE, NORTH STAR INSTALLED A SECOND BOARD 2/27/23 AND CHARGED ADDITIONAL 2 HOURS LABOR-$250 TO REINSTALL A NEW DEFROST BOARD. I WAS CHARGED LABOR TWICE TO RECEIVE A WORKING DEFROST BOARD. WHEN I ASKED TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE ORIGINAL LABOR - NORTH STAR STATED I, THE CUSTOMER, WOULD HAVE TO WRITE TO THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE DEFROST BOARD TO REQUEST REIMBURSEMENT. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE CHARGE, THE LADY GOT NASTY..."

"Sobieski did the HVAC/ insulation on my new construction home in 2021. Every summer, there have been condensation issues in the basement bathroom. Multiple technicians have been out and "fixed the issue," but it is still occurring. The last technician quite literally said he watched a YouTube video about exhaust fans while installing a new exhaust fan for us. The company as a whole is incompetent, hard to communicate with, and takes no accountability for their wrongdoings. Absolutely steer clear of them if you want your work done correctly and do not want to waste your money."
