"Remove replace tile roof, reusing existing tile. Price was significantly lower than other contractors $30K vs $50K. Work quality reflect low price. Communication very poor (had to call them repeatedly to get any info), took very long time (4months) which was not necessarily a problem. clean up poor (still finding nails/screws). squirrels still getting in attic. Gutters installed without leveling so water is ponding, not draining. Workers very pleasant but management non existent. Got cheap which is what I paid for. Hindsight, should have paid more to get better quality"

"This company was outstanding to work with and I plan to continue using their services.  They had no "coupon effect" (bad service for a bargain price) and have totally taken care of any pest problems in my house.  The basement, although refinished, has always tended to draw spiders and other multi-legged things, and other than occasionally seeing one dead, they have totally stopped being a problem.  Every previous year I've had ants invade my kitchen when the warm weather comes, and this year I haven't seen a single one.  They call to schedule service and are totally accomodating to a change in plans.

"It was a great experience.  Jeff came each day with his son.  They protected my new kitchen counters.  Then, they would cut the stone out in the driveway area and then put it on a big board to fit the pieces together like a puzzle.  It is real stone, but thinner to go on walls.  He would start at the bottom so it was flush against my kitchen counter.  Then, they would mortar it right to my drywall.  He and his son worked well together.  If I didn't like a piece, he re-did it for me.  I am very particular, which I told him right away at the beginning of the project.  He was fine with that and my kitchen backsplash looks amazing.  I get compliments from everyone who sees it.  I would recommend Jeff to anyone!!!
