"Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. It seeemed as thought they were installing the railings on their own home. When they were done they cleaned the area so it looked like the railings were always there. "My husband just purchased our first home and our priority was making the yard safe for our dogs.  Pressed for time and trying to get the project done before the bad weather, Campanella really came through for us.  Paul came out to give us an estimate immediately, and the job was done about a week later.  The guys that showed up on-site were prompt and professional, Paul also came out to monitor things for a bit.  They finished the job in one day and left us with a sturdy, aluminum fence... exactly what we wanted.  What I liked most about the company is that they did exactly what we asked and showed up on time!!   We have not had the opportunity to really use the fence yet as we haven't moved in permanently, but I'm sure the dogs will love it!  I felt Campanella was a bit more expensive than some other quotes we had received but barely.  To us, it was worth spending a bit more to go with a company we felt we could count on. <br />"
