"Initial visit and estimate was scheduled same day I called. However Chuck did mention the actual construction would be scheduled 4-5 weeks out. Crew of 3 arrived on scheduled day and job was completed in one full day. Design and construction of the fence is outstanding using treated toe boards and overlapping panels, it's a very handsome fence. Lattice and gate details are very pleasing. When we expained the importance of the date and that we would put ourselves on the cancel list for an earlier date. They kindly did this and we were very impressed they were there the next week. They arrived promptly at 8 as scheduled. The employees got to work right away. They worked quickly and the foreman came and updated me several times. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of my neighbors. The 100 foot fence was finished in the quoted 5 hours and by 2 pm they were cleaning/packing up. Our fence looks great and we are very happy with the product and service. Scott was the service representative that came out and gave us our quote. He was very nice and professional. "Good communication. Estimator explained costs and options very clearly and answered questions. Returned calls when I had additional questions. Office called to remind me one week and two days before job started. Good, quality work: Bottom of fence needs short retaining wall because the ground on one side is higher than the other side. Construction crew lengthened it from original estimate because they believed it would be a better quality fence, at no additional cost No short cuts: Fence is on a very gentle slope. Crew made sure top of fence is level and stepped down a few inches about every 20 feet. The old fence did not have the retaining wall and the top was a slope following the terrain. Very long wait list: I had to wait for three months from estimate to construction. Other companies' were shorter, ranging from 3 weeks to two months."

Phil, the Project Manager, was extremely professional and measured our skylight for replacement. He provided us with multiple options, from a standard glass replacement to skylights with shades (manual or solar). We decided on the skylight with a solar shade. Straightline made the process extremely easy. We absolutely loved how it turned out, very high quality. The two person installation team did a great job and even installed the remote to open and close the shade in our kitchen. While installing the skylight they also sealed exposed nails and painted and resealed flashings. I highly recommend Straightline for your roofing needs. (I forgot to take before pictures of the inside of the old skylight. You could hardly see out of it and there was a large crack. Now we see clearly out of it.)"
