To get the rental ready for sale we refinished the hardwood floors, added central heat and put a washer and dryer in the unit. I'd already updated the kitchen and bath. Chong Pak's crew at Golden hill Painting did such a beautiful job painting all of the wood moldings and plaster walls, I decided to use him for the exterior which was due to be painted as well. Several people remarked on the beautiful paint job and asked who I used. The crew was so polite and friendly, no radios blasting, and they were flexible enough to work around the other subcontractors in a tight schedule to get the job done in time for the open house. Even when I chose a wrong color for the ceilings, Chong never batted and eyelash, he repainted and still got the job done in time. It was such a pleasure working with Chong and this company that I also asked them to paint the other two units and even the basement. In the 24 years we've owned this building, this is the best quality paint job and highest degree of professionalism I've had. Very reasonable for the high quality work. "The power wash and clean-up were both very perfunctory. Many garden plants are speckled with paint. That said, the price was very reasonable and the house has been painted. Considering the hasty prep that was done, I only hope the paint job lasts a few years.
