His team completed the job within 2 days and executed it exactly as we had originally discussed. "It went fine. They were a little delayed because the weather was really bad. They did some overseeding but it didn’t work. Quality was so-so. I spent a lot of time and money watering my yard which was a waste. I will need to reseed again, which will cost me more money."

"That guy was excellent! He gets an “A” rating, he did a fine job there. He knows his stuff too. What stood up to me the most was that he was on time, had the right equipment and he was quite familiar with the appropriate lawn seed for western Pennsylvania. The price was an “A” giving the amount of work aerating is. They were very responsive. He was there on time. I intend to use them again, I’m hoping the next time he puts the offer back out there again. It will probably be fall again. I had thought I had done it late spring, but I obviously waited until late fall, so I will probably be looking to do it in the fall."
