"Bottom Line: If customer service, especially years after installation, matters to you, then you NEED to work with this company. In 2018, we had new Provia external doors installed for our entryway and garage. After 8 years, the door sweeps were beginning to wear, and unfortunately, the original installer had retired his business. I was uncertain who exactly should handle the replacement in this case. As a long shot, I contacted Zen Windows who installed a Provia patio door for us in 2025. They sent out a technician who honored Provia’s warranty on our 2018 doors, replaced the sweeps, and realigned the doors as well. In a world of truly lackluster customer support, Zen Windows stands out as truly great. You will not find a better company."

"My experience with Nova Exteriors was great. I needed new storm doors installed on two sets of French doors leading to a patio. Each set of doors has a total width of 48", so a custom solution was needed. Nova works with Provia, which manufactured the doors. The job was intricate and the Nova team needed a fair bit of creativity to make the new doors work on my 1976 row house. Near the end of the 9-hour install, they made a couple of small measurement errors and cut a couple of pieces of trim a bit short. They made it work as best as possible at the time, and then worked with me to replace the short pieces as soon as they could get new ones from Provia. The last step happened yesterday, and their guy showed up in a mask and gloves and was careful and respectful of social distancing and wiped surfaces down before he left. I am very happy with the service I received, the quality of the work, and the doors themselves. I would not hesitate to use Nova again or recommend them. I used them because of their relationship with Provia and the good reviews on Angie's List, so thanks to previous reviewers."

"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

We talked to three different firms regarding our exterior back door, which was an old, leaky French door, which didn’t actually work well in the space because it was too narrow. The firms all quoted us similar prices, but Nova Exteriors gave us the best overall design solution for that particular space (a wider single door with a sidelight and a really nice storm door). The gentleman who developed this design just clearly had the best overall feel for the room and knew the products really well and could match the most appropriate solution for that space. We also were removing a iron gate over the old door, and Nova Exteriors handled that without any issues - they did not have to call a secondary contractor. Overall they were very easy to deal with and very efficient."
