He even gave suggestions on how I might be able to do the work myself since the roof was in fairly good condition with minor leaks. Not many would do that. However, the job was roof & gutter repair on a fairly large and steep roof with flat center area. So I decided to hire them instead considering I didnâ t really have time to do it. Planning was smooth and straight forward. They completed the job within 1 cold and windy day and were very thorough and informative throughout. Pictures from before and after were provided even though Iâ ll eventually take a closeup look myself. The price was great and they even matched a competing offer. Finally, they cleaned up very well after the work and maybe made the surrounding area outside the house cleaner than before. "We first became aware of this company at a home expo. We were in need of additional insulation in our attic and were looking into a ridge vent being installed as well. During inspection, we realized we needed a roof too. We negotiated a fair price for all three requested jobs and work started about a month later. During the job, the workers mistakenly trashed our gutter helmets and some were damaged beyond repair. We discussed this with our project manager and they were ultimately replaced free of charge. During the insulation install, the workers dropped a hammer through our ceiling and left a hole. It was repaired very nicely within a couple of days and you can’t even tell it happened. The cleanup after was very thorough. I found 1 or 2 pieces of metal after, but that’s nothing compared to what I’ve seen other companies leave behind on jobs for my neighbors. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the work performed and the price paid. Aside from the somewhat pushy sales tactics on the front end, I’d highly recommend this company."

"They charged me more than I was expecting. My attic was taller and they had to put a bigger tube in. One of the areas in my house is somewhat dark during the daytime. What they do is cut a hole in the attic like similar to an attic fan and put a hole and put kind of a globe looking thing which basically allows the natural sunlight to come in. They install an aluminum tube and it can be bent to where you need the light and then put a cover on it. I have mine in the middle of the house where my stairs are at because it was kind of dark there with the rooms around them. I have had 1 or 2 minor issues and they came over to fix it for me other than that it has been alright. I had researched the parts and they was like $200 to $300. I thought it would take a couple hours and maybe $100.00 or $150.00 an hour but it cost me more than $1000.00."
