He even gave suggestions on how I might be able to do the work myself since the roof was in fairly good condition with minor leaks. Not many would do that. However, the job was roof & gutter repair on a fairly large and steep roof with flat center area. So I decided to hire them instead considering I didnâ t really have time to do it. Planning was smooth and straight forward. They completed the job within 1 cold and windy day and were very thorough and informative throughout. Pictures from before and after were provided even though Iâ ll eventually take a closeup look myself. The price was great and they even matched a competing offer. Finally, they cleaned up very well after the work and maybe made the surrounding area outside the house cleaner than before. "It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."
