The project also included renovation of a room to create a library with built in shelves. To say we are happy with the result would be a major understatement. Billy solved a number of unexpected complications in this old structure and made numerous suggestions to improve the plans. He routinely found significat savings in acquisition of materials and other costs. (Note: in the photos below the ramp wss put in by me for our dog and was not part of the renovation.)"

"we were lied to ,gave oscar a deposit to order stone for interior wall waited 5 weeks and finally got a hold of him found out material was never ordered. we told oscar to return our deposit and he agreed . we have texted him over 6 times and each time he said he was to busy,sick,or did not get to bank in time. this has gone on for over 3 weeks and still have not recieved our deposit .you cannot trust this man for his word you will regret it. we have now retained legal action to get our money back will never do business with him again."
