While Oscar was at my home performing a minor repair to my rain gutters, I inquired as to whether his company would be able to raise a concrete walkway and level or replace the wooden steps leading to the front porch. The walkway had sunk, pulling the steps down with it, due to compacted and eroded soil over many years. Oscar quickly explained the work involved, and that night sent me a contract detailing the work. I agreed to the contract and the work started a few days later.
