They were extremely helpful navigating through scope changes, and more than fair on pricing. And on the minor hiccups, they made it extra clear that the job wouldn’t be wrapped until we were satisfied - and that’s what happened. Honestly this experience was a 10 out of 10, and I hope we can have them out for another project soon. Our bathrooms went from blight to bling in 6 weeks - I look forward to getting ready now!"

"While ABV was able to eventually repair my GE Profile counter depth refrigerator, it took a long time with a lot of trial and error, and was extremely expensive. It seems like the tech didn't know what he was doing, and diagnosed repairs that didn't need to be made. First, the tech diagnosed the problem as a bad control panel, which cost $2,400 to replace. That didn't fix the problem. Next, the tech guessed that the problem was the compressor control board and replaced that. To ABV's credit, they didn't charge me for the control board when that didn't turn out to be the problem. Finally, they decided that the compressor needed to be replaced, which cost $1800. That fixed the issue. Three simultaneous systems failures is highly improbable, and I strongly suspect that if the compressor had been replaced first, I would have avoided spending an additional $2400. I should have gone with GE's repair service first, but no availability for 2 weeks. ABV took 3.5 weeks to finally repair."

"Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."
