"Kenny arrived at my home from K and K to install the ice maker. I think he had the job completed in about 45 minutes but initially told me 1 hour. I had an existing water supply and he connected that for me also. He was very professional, informed me of the cost that I agreed to pay. This was a great customer service experience. "Lucky from service Master came out and spent quite a bit of time checking out the ovens to diagnose the problem. The GE manual we received with the oven said the error code was the door lock. Lucky found from the specs and diagnostics that the top oven fan was the problem. Lucky was fantastic. Ordered the part and spent over an hour working on replacing it and checking it out. He was extremely personable and the company was very responsive. We would definitely recommend them."
