"Quick response to my clothes dryer problem. Never expected them to be able to repair a 13 year old machine, but they did. The repair saved me hundreds since I did not have to buy a new dryer. Excellent, professional service. They are now my â go-toâ vendor when I have an appliance problem."

"Andi and AGB responded quickly and offered to repair my dryer at a great price. Other companies were either too overpriced (nearly same price as new dryer) or would not respond. And I came and diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote, and a few days later, he came to repair the dryer. I would definitely recommend Andi and AGB. Thank you!!"

"My pro privided great customer service. He texted me to let me know when he was on the way. He let me know what steps he was taking to assess the condition of my washer. He told me at each step what was checking out ok and then when he hit the decision point. I thanked him for his thorough approach and decided repair was not the prudent choice. Process was reasonable. I would hire him the next appliance issue comes up."

"I took his advice and purchase a new washer based on his recommendation. The new washer is in place and working. I was very pleased with his professional demeanor and his recommendation based on his experience of repairing clothes washers. I will definitely call him in the future."

"Responded immediately and quickly set up an appointment, was very thorough in diagnosing and clearly explaining the issues with the washer, will use this pro for any future appliance issues!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I think this is the best appliance repair company I've ever used. They answered the phone on the first call, scheduled a same day appliance repair and completed the repair with parts they anticipated they would need. Their pricing is upfront and very reasonable. They go above and beyond what I've ever experienced with other companies."

"Global Repairs, LLC was an outstanding company to do business with. They were the 2nd company we contacted for our freezer, because the 1st one charged us for a diagnosis (that was incorrect btw) and then told us they didn’t work on our brand afterwards. The service technician was professional, polite, competent and an all around pleasure. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Global Repairs, LLC for any appliance repair needs. If you need help, they are the company to hire. Period!"

"Very clear about the work to be done. And the cost. They’ve done this repair many times before and I felt good that they knew what they were doing. The rate was fair for two guys to deal with stacked washer/dryer, replace a pump and clear out what was clogging my hoses. And it took about an hour. Would def recommend for competency, efficiency and fair price."

"Kenneth Wilson with K and K Industrials responded to my service request promptly, easily diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair quickly. I would definitely hire him again for appliance repairs."
