"They sheduled to come clean and scotchguard the carpets in my living room, entry room and stairs. The price they quoted was around $145, however they schedule me for 7 am and then called days before to say that they would not be able to make it and I would recieve a discount. They gave me a window of time between 8-12 and they would call before coming. They called around 11 and showed around 12, they did the carpets, but didn't rake the carpet and the discount was $15. Very disappointed they didn't go above and beyond and the price wasn't that great compared to other carpet cleaners in my area. I call to see about getting a better discount and there was no answer, I could leave a message or call back later. <br />"
