The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"If you have foundation issues don’t waste your time calling anyone else! When the first gentleman came to look at the wall on a Saturday he was very professional. Two of my walls were in extremely poor condition and after talking to him he assured me that they can fix the walls after I had two other contractors in and they both told me I needed them rebuilt. I knew this was the contractor to get and I went into the office to sign the paperwork two days later. The crew came out a few weeks later and I cannot believe how professional and awesome the whole crew was! They showed up around 7 every morning and I cannot believe the work ethic they had, it completely went over my expectations! They talked to me every morning letting me know what was going to happen that day which I appreciated and if I ever had a question they would take time to answer it. I had wall anchors installed on four walls and waterproofing. I really feel that they went way above and beyond to get the job done CORRECTLY! I can’t speak highly enough for Matthews Wall Anchor! If I ever needed any type of this work done again I wouldn’t call anybody else. Please listen to my review and seriously consider them if you need any of their services. "We had just moved to the area and Stan's name had been referred to us from a handyman we use. Our experience with Stan went very well!  He was on time, explained everything thoroughly and didn't try to sell us on a whole new roof like the previous roofer we went with. Our roof is only 8 years old.  We went with him even though his bid was higher since we knew he wouldn't cut corners with the job. He even referred us to another homeowner with a similar house and similar problem. That homeowner was very pleased with Stan's work. Stan likes to talk but that's just his personality. If you want the problem fixed, Stan is the man! <br />"

"I had arranged for the serviceman to come to the house several times but, due to my own schedule, I had to re-schedule several times without problem.  When the serviceman arrived, he spent at least an hour on the roof (with me), inspecting the shingles, the rubber membrane,, and the flashing.  He also went inside the house and inspected all the ceilings to observe if there was evidence of water damage.  The roof was in excellent shape, he said, but he offered to use special sealant to smooth out the rubber membrane seams in order to preclude any water incursion in the future.  The serviceman took time with me to answer all questions I had.  This was certainly a very good investment on my part.  He suggested that I give him a call in a couple years for another inspection.  Because I had had many roof problems over the years due to the fact I have both sloped and flat roofs, I will be calling this company again for another inspection. <br />"

"I called to check into a new vent less gas heater. They sent a service guy and told me it would be $89.00. A week later I received a bill for $134.06. I called and talked with the lady in the office whose name is Rae.. She told me that she would charge me $90.00. I asked are you sure I only owe you $90.00. Rae said yes. I put a check in the mail for $90.00. Today Rae called me about the $90.00 I mailed. She said that is not the correct price and that I owe them an additional $5.45. I let Rae know that she previously told me I owe $90.00. Rae said that amount did not include tax. Nothing had been mentioned about tax so how was I to know. So now I will be mailing an additional $5.45, what an inconvenience."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"wonderful, i'd give them a 10 but it gonna stay at a 9.5 until they fix a little problem with the work they did. i have a puddle on the porch after it rained the day after. he said they would address that in a few days. until that gets fixed, which i think it will, the rate with remain 9.5. Lots of different opinions on the internet and personal opinions. but we like these guys."
