It was a G-d send. The crew came to work on time and did the work, which was brick pointing and wall repair. Also some of the shingles on top of the house were either coming off from the windstorm or about to come off. They replaced that too. Other companies I had interviewed/had estimates from didn't say they can start right away. This was an emergency and I was relieved that Ryan and his crew came to my rescue! I would hire again in a heartbeat. Even though it was more expensive than the other estimates, I felt it was worth it. "Mr. Torres was great with all the work we had done. We went to his office where we picked out the color stones for our brick steps and paver walkways. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. In the middle of the job I asked for an estimate for the side of our house for a walkway and he was able to do that as well as the initial work. The price was very fair and we were very happy with it, we had another estimate for the work and it was astronomical. I said “great!” It rained Saturday and he couldn’t pour cement in the rain. He said “I’ll be there Tuesday”, and I’m honoring the discounted price. Okay. Monday night he called and said he will come Wednesday for sure because he doesn’t want his workers pouring cement in 98 degree heat! I like a boss who cares about his employees. He came on Wednesday and did a PERFECT job!"
