"Project - newly remodeled single story ranch with a bay window, oversized windows and regular windows. Partitioning several sections of interior with sliding panels. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"Our house had only a couple of attic/roof vents and our upstairs was always boiling hot in the afternoon and evening and could only be cooled down by constant A/C. I was told by so many people that we needed to get a whole house fan. I did some research and Colorado Home Cooling seemed to have great reviews, plus I had a few neighbors actually refer them to me as well. They showed up right on time and got straight to work. They were very professional and made sure to clean everything up. They first installed all of the vents, which took them an hour or two. Ryan said that we had way too little ventilation in our attic and that the heat was radiating into our house. I believe it because it was unbearable in the afternoons and evenings on even a 70 degree day. They then installed the fan and the switch/timer on the wall. The install looked great and very professional. In total they were at our house for about 4 or 5 hours. Since the install, we've had many 70+ days and a few 80+ days and I haven't had to turn on the A/C once. It is so awesome to have this fan. I wish I would have gotten it years ago. We run it in the morning for a few minutes and open the basement windows. During the day just to get some air flowing we'll open a few windows and run it on low. Then in the evening and at night, we run this thing and it gets to the point where it's too cold in our house and we have to turn it off. So much more efficient than running the A/C which hardly works upstairs anyway. I can't recommend getting a house fan and having CHC do the work enough! We're super happy with everything."
