"The guy came and cleaned the furnace but he didn't install the filter correctly and he actually destroyed the filter when he installed it. I followed up with the company. I told them and sent them pictures. They acknowledged and were very sorry. In return, they sent me 2 filters as replacements, one for the faulty one and one because it was their fault.
