"We were very, very fortunate to find West Roofing (owner: Joe Elady). They did an outstanding job on with the replacement of our 16 Unit building's 10000 Sqft roof. The rains from earlier in the year has caused water damaged in multiple units and owners were very anxious to replace the roof before the rain season starts again. Contactors were either too busy to entertain a new project, their process seemed lacking and unclear, flaky with appointment commitments, or bids left us exposed for surprise costs that could occur during the roof replacement process.
