"We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"

"Absolutely the worst experience with a plumber! Had them come out to give an estimate on moving a drain for a bathroom remodel. That tech did a great job. Quoted us a fair price to come back and do the finishing work on our shower and sink. That's where the nightmare starts. They sent a totally incompetent plumber in his place, claimed he couldn't do the work, because he was afraid of cracking our tile. He sat around for hours at our house trying to figure out how to put the shower head in. He had to call two other experienced plumbers to get it hooked up. Fast forward to today- first time using the shower the valve only goes from scalding hot to ice cold. Sink fixtures leaking into the bottom of the vanity. Same guy comes back out and says we have a faulty valve. we go the same day to get a new valve- they return again saying it still doesn't work- instead quotes us an extra 800 dollars to get it to work- We kicked them out- will hire someone else- What a joke"

"Steve Gavin, the owner came out and provided me with a great price that was inclusive of the entire scope of the project. During our meeting he took the time to explain the process that his company uses. Once the permits were issued the crew arrived the next morning at 7:00 a.m. as promised. The crew met the deadline for a 1:30 inspection from the Village of Deerfield. They not only met the deadline but they passed the inspection without any issues to be corrected. The crew worked until 7:00 p.m. completing the job. I would also note that they left my home spotless!"

"Choose a professional establishment. Day 1: They broke a water line and left it spraying all over the joists and dripping from them. Crew left didn't say a word had no idea there was a problem until I turned on the kitchen sink. I had to go purchase the cap and cut the line to fix. Day 3: They broke the Refrigerators water line and it leaked out onto the floor or I would of never known. Then, I had to buy a new waterline for my fridge and replace it and of course the new line was larger. Day 5 and beyond: They came to fix stuff but never finished the job. I finished the work they left undone including buying elbows, piping and other parts and pieces. Additionally, they ran the drainage from the AC into the drain tile. Which is 50+ feet of linear tubbing away from the sump pump, so water will be sitting in the crawl space all summer. They never paid me for my labor or a single part or piece I had to purchase to fix their mistakes. The best thing was Easter when the sun came out and my family went outside and found all the cigarette butts in the grass and the mulch. Do yourself a favor and go with professional establishment I know I will."

"The work done was excellent. We got 2 bothrooms tub to shower conversions and an entry door. We felt we were TOTALLY misled by our salesman on the financing front. We wanted the 24 month SAC financing, and the entire conversation there was mention of that. The job was recently completed and those were not the terms of the contract. All I have to say, double check what you are signing, even if the whole conversation prior to signing is indicative of the deal you think you are getting, double check that you are not being misled and if you think you are getting 24 months interest free, make sure that is what is in the contract. Don't be trusting and complacent that all salesmen are not slippery. It is a total salesman move and it works - very scummy business move. And ask for an itemized list of what you are getting, like what the shower seat costs, what the caddy costs. These totals of this job and this job - very blase and vanilla.
