Carefully removed the old shingles, put down a rubber membrane snow and ice barrier and then put down new shingles. So far problem seems to have been resolved. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told &#39;m sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back &amp; clean up all the mess that was left &amp; fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice &amp; respectful &amp; addressed &amp; fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess &amp; broke a item of mine I&#39;ve had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that.
