"The job was completed in two days with two workers. It was July 2016, and they worked in the confined space (temp was 80 degrees F.) of the attic installing the system for the main living area and then installed the additional system above the bedroom areas. But first they to clear off large amounts of items stored in the bedroom area where the system would be installed. They never asked us to help and every day they would put back any moved items and swept the areas of debris. The first day they worked 8 hours and the second was 12 hours. On 3/16/17 we requested a service call to correct an air leakage from the garage through the cold air return duct--that was completed by another serviceman that afternoon. We were billed $311 for the call but when we discussed the situation with Moore Heating, the total amount was withdrawn. We are senior citizens and this was a tremendous savings to us. We absolutely and unequivocally support and recommend Moore Heating as the best business in Anchorage."
