Tyler listened to my ideas and proposed different solutions at different price points. He even painted the deck uprights, and went out of his way to replace a corner siding trim piece that was loose and in rough shape from a previous repair done by someone else. I would definitely hire Tyler again."

"Roomsmith displayed a complete lack of professionalism throughout the entire project, from poor communication and constant delays to shoddy workmanship and a blatant disregard for trash left on our property. They failed to return calls/texts promptly and sometimes we didn’t hear back from them for weeks. We experienced frequent delays, ignored concerns, and not taking responsibility for issues like ordering the wrong window (and their professed ability to obtain this exact window is one of the reasons we chose them). They also completely overlooked part of our project (a small closet turned into a pantry) by not ordering any shelves even after the cabinet company told them multiple times that they never measured for them. They overlooked details like the floor transition not being flush and part of our old door frame wall is still there and shouldn’t be. Our project didn’t seem like a priority, more like an afterthought that they didn’t care about. They did not adhere to project timel"

"Bathroom wet space (tub) remodel with Five Star Baths went smoothly for the most part! The transformation is stunning! The quality of the work is exceptional—everything looks polished and feels durable. Communication was somewhat challenging. It was difficult to find a suitable time to connect and discuss the project in detail within my work hours and the hours they have available. Additionally, the final inspection took longer than expected to schedule. I had to personally reach out to coordinate a time that would work and had the expectation that someone would reach out within the next few weeks after the renovations. While this added some extra steps to the process, once the inspection was arranged, the team was efficient in completing it. Overall, I’m thrilled with the end result and would still recommend their services!"

"Let’s just say communication was stellar from the get-go! We met with Tom to go over what work we wanted to do and there’s just something about making a personal connection with someone that makes you feel confident that the work they’re going to do for you is going to be great, and it was! Can’t say enough about Tom and his brother Jesse‘s professionalism, knowledge and skill!! Along with countertops, we were also installing some unfinished cabinets and we didn’t even know it was an option, but Tom offered without us asking to prime and paint them for us as well, AND he even went and matched the paint so the new cabinets matched the old ones we were keeping, which was great because we were under a time crunch to get this work done before family was coming to stay with us. Tom and Jesse worked with us to make sure everything was completed and that we were 100% satisfied in the short amount of time they had to get it done for us. "I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."
