"I was so pleased with the way the remodels turned out. I had a major kitchen and two bathrooms remodeled and couldnâ t be happier......With the wall removal along with the clean and precise details that Yury and Siarhei put into every step of the projects. "Lutton Construction did a wonderful job with my basement remodel, transforming it from the 80s to modern times. Kyle (the owner) listened carefully to my vision for the space and was very responsive throughout the duration. The project included building new framed interior walls, insulating, new electric, fixing a section of sill plate, replacing a damaged gas line, drywall, new LTV flooring, refinishing the ceiling, new wood trim and finishing work and fresh painting. His crew was polite, professional and very detail oriented. Absolutely thrilled with the finished result and my family is looking forward to enjoying for many years!"

"We engaged Timm & Co and Cody Timm for a lowers level makeover including cabinets/book cases, painting, molding and electric fireplace install. We were pleased with the ideas and design Cody brought to us and his ability to make adjustments from our feedback/wishes. Cody was very conscientious in making sure the quality of his work was in a professional manner. During the job he discussed obstacles with us and worked on solutions. We love the work he did and are enjoying our new â speakeasyâ ."

"Met our demanding expectations. Ryan advised us of what it would take to achieve or goals in terms of time, number of visits, and money. He first cut out the bad all the way to the bones. The layered the framing & insulation to support his art-level dry wall surface and paint. No lines. No Lines. We are very pleased with the results."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
