"We couldn't be happier with the finished project of our screened in porch and new deck!! It came out even more beautiful than we imagined. The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail. Triple measuring to ensure accuracy, always consulting with us along the way and willing to make changes when we wanted to alter the plans. Sergio is so patient, as we changed our plans several times before we decided on the screen room. We can't say enough about the professionalism and talent of Sergio and his crew. Their work ethic is admirable. They are kind and respectful. At the end of the day the area was always cleaned and debris picked up. Our new deck and screen room is so solid and sturdy. And it looks like it's been here since the day we built our house 14 years ago. It doesn't look like it was just added on. That's how well it blends in. Everyone that comes over says the same thing! Also the county inspector said said it was rare that such a big project only had a couple minor things that needed to be tweaked. You will not be sorry if you hire these guys. "The contractor, Steven was so great to work with. He constantly communicated with me and made the process as painless as possible. The price I was given was fair for the amount of work required. He had to take the back to back bathrooms down to the studs, remove rotten and molded word subfloors, replace at least 6 floor joists, redo the plumbing, and move a floor vent to place on the wall. They found an electrical issue that was resolved and then rebuilt the bathrooms. During the entire project he had a great attitude and always remained a consummate professional. Ironically, I am looking forward to our next project. I highly recommend his company for any remodel and/or building project to your home."

"We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"<p>Chris Sampson, owner of Custom Construction and Renovations, visited, examined the workspace and area underneath, and laid out the process. We were doing the work during the time between Thanksgiving and Christmas, a difficult time for such work, but Chris navigated the problems perfectly. </p> <p>The job entailed replacing an old fiberglass tub and shower unit with an enlarged shower-only with a moveable seat, replacing an old, old two-sink vanity with a custom-built one with cabinets and drawers for storage, replacing the commode, and replacing the carpeted floor with a high-quality cork floor. Finally, Chis installed a small electric radiant heater in the baseboard.</p> <p>If you've ever watched a successful home renovation show on TV (This Old House or HomeTime), then you have a good picture of what working with Chris is like. He guided us through the fixture selection process, setting up appointments for us with distributors and joining us for one of the visits. His employees are extremely competent, knowledgeable, and very nice people to have in your home. His cabinet maker is first-class as is the carpenter who installed the finished vanity. All in all, the work was excellent.</p> <p>In the end, the cost exceeded the initial estimate, but, with old houses, there are always unanticipated problems. In our case, the water damage was significantly greater than anticipated. Chris priced the solutions fairly and completed the additional work with very little delay to our expected time for completion.</p> <p>When we were returning our Christmas decorations to our attic, our old disappearing staircase collapsed. Chris replaced it quickly with a metal one for a very fair price. That job required some cutting and fitting, but it was a quality installation that closes and seals perfectly. So, large job or small, Chris and his employees do great work.</p> <p>Custom Construction and Renovations is a fantastic contractor. We have at least two more remodeling jobs at this old house and Chris will be our contractor for those. "It went great! These guys were really friendly, conversational, and worked really fast! Arrived in good spirits, even through the rain!! I took them through and explained all the junk that needed to go - I did some demo in the place and had stuff in big piles. 3 sets of vanity debris, 3 vanity sinks, 3 old-style HEAVY toilets, kitchen wall and base cabinets, the previous owner's lawn chair (lol) and rusty shelving units from the outside storage on the deck, and a kitchen vent hood. My mess was more than the Angie's deal for 1/4 load, and probably ended up being more than a 1/2 load, but I was quoted exactly what it would be before they started. I could not be happier!! Doing this myself or renting a dumpster would have taken SO much more time and $ in the end, and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders (get it? haha). I will definitely use these guys again when I work on the other side of the duplex I'm actually living in. It could not have gone smoother or better, and I'm really grateful, it was a huge help!
