They were very professional and very good. I was unaware of several problems and they fixed them along with the cleaning of the chimney. They took pictures before and during the process. Letting me know exactly what they were doing and what they were going to do. They never made any mess and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent.
