He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. "I have several criteria for evaluating professionals who work on my house. - Do they have, in general, good recommendations - Did they show up for their appointment on time - Were they prompt in providing me with the bid GM Pacific met all of these criteria. While other contractors tried to sell me a complete roof replacement ($4,000+); they recommended a patch of the troubled areas which includes a one year warranty. They showed up for work on the agreed upon day, performed the service, cleaned up the area and left. Timely, professional, efficient - isn't this what we want in our contractors ?"

"Mike (Moshe) BenHaim and his company America Green Builders were very professional. They have different crews for different things and the service was just amazing, I couldn’t ask any better than that! We’ve replaced the old windows with vinyl windows. Removing the old insulation in the Attic and install new 12 inch high (R38) insulation. Painting the exterior walls and wood eves and trims with life time energy efficiency paint. Replacing the carpet with laminate flooring (about 2,000 sqf). Mike is very special person and very honest. I would highly recommend him and his crew. He’s fair, responsible, and always available. We become good friends and now he’s going to replace my A/C unit ducts and adding more solar panels to my house."

The driveway is beautiful and the color (San Diego Buff) is a nice accent to the house. Done in two working days and they cleaned up after themselves like they'd never been here.
