The Manager "Walter" I spoke with was rude, condescending, arrogant, short tempered and deceitful. Not a pleasant exchange. I have used R&S plumbing in the past and been very pleased with their service and staff, but I've never had to deal with "Walter" before. I will be sure to avoid him in the future, as I will still continue to use R&S for all my plumbing needs. They asked me to text them a couple photos of the existing water heater & then called back within 10 minutes with a fair estimate of what it would cost to replace. After agreeing, they came within a few hours, did a quick and efficient replacement for the agreed upon cost and cleaned up the area perfectly. The next day they called back to make sure everything was working well.
