"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"This company is very easy to work with. Our first interaction was with Tyler, the consultant, who brought samples to our meeting. He described the different options, explained the benefits of each, and was knowledgeable about best practices about roof installation, ventilation, and energy efficiency. He submitted 3 proposals for different options within a week. After our selection and down payment, Edgar, the project manager contacted us and told us when the project would start. The install crew deserve a special shout-out - these guys installed our metal roof on the hottest week in July. They were diligent and showed up early to the job site. If they took breaks due to the extreme heat (which we support - the weather was close to 100 degrees all week), they would stay later to make up for the downtime. Well done, eRoof!"

"This is a follow up from work done 2 years ago. Roof/gutters still great and siding ok. However the metal that was installed over the soffit in several areas is pulling away and one piece blew off in the wind. After looking close at several areas on a tall ladder I found many nails not pounded into the wood soffit hence the reason many areas were pulling away. Walker did come out and repair several areas recently after I called so that was good. Hopefully all else holds up for at least what should be the expected lifetime but I have my doubts at least on the soffits. Look closely at photos submitted to see what is happening."

"Integrity Exteriors and Remodelers is only company I would ever trust to call when I need something done to my house or garage. Andyâ  s crew replaced my siding and roof in 2008. I was so impressed with the quality of work and communication that I called him to replace my roof 8 years later after a big hail storm. Once again he did excellent work. I called them to put gutters on my big garage. Again they did a great job at a very fair price. A year later I had Andy put gutters on my house, while he was making sure they were doing a good job he notice I had a few missing shingles from a storm. The roof was a few years old with many storms and had nothing to the workmanship of his crew. He fix the few shingles at no charge! He really stands behind all his work!! When I decided to put a metal roof on my workshop, I called Andy right away. He gave me a prompt estimate and once again they did a wonderful job. Recently Andy added some outdoor outlets under my deck. I consider myself a handyman but Andy has teams that can get the project done fast and done right. "I reached out to LionHeart to inspect my roof for damage after a recent hail storm. Andrew inspected my roof and determined that it had suffered significant damage to both the shingles and metal structures. Originally, my insurance company argued that they should only replace the damaged shingles, but Andrew put in a ton of work to convince the insurance company that any new shingles would look extremely out-of-place on my 15-year-old roof. The insurance company agreed and the entire roof was replaced. As for the work, Andrew and his team did an excellent job replacing the shingles and installing new maintenance-free gutters. He kept me informed about the entire process, which included some additional work that needed to be done to ensure the roof was up to code. Once again, Andrew was able to work with my insurance company to ensure that would not be an issue. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality of the work, the speed in which it was completed, and the thorough cleanup job once the project was finished."

"Had some hail damage to the roof and they drove out to check it out and give me an estimate, what I really liked was the gentleman (can’t remember his name) I talked with didn’t seem pushy or didn’t seem like he was trying to get me to spend more money than was was necessary and the whole process that seemed stressful at the beginning, wasn’t stressful at all and was very easy without having to talk on the phone with a whole bunch of different people. The work done was quality, as far as I can tell, and was done quickly and wasn’t a nuisance to my family and me during the process."
