"CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"I was very pleased!   Very professional.  I felt comfortable with the owner .  I know my job was the largest - but he said he would help.   The Black Bear employee arrived on time on the appointed day - and went to work.   I had to head to work and when I arrived home the project had been completed.  Everything was clean, and in order.  The doors closed - and the basement window had been re-set and caulked - and looked great!  Owner Stuart Cleaveland contacted me the next day and asked if he could come and check out the work.  I was impressed. He also brought along a new door stop and installed it for me.   And I so appreciated Black Bear's honesty.  When I received the invoice for the work -it was for a less amount than the bid.  Stuart explained it was because the project didn't take as long as he had anticipated.   Needless to say - I don't think that happens very often. <br /> I know Black Bear specializes in larger projects - so I really appreciated their willingness to do my project.  And it was so well done. <br /> I would hire them again! <br />"

"The footprint of the roof, including the overhang is about 2200 ft ^2. There was a window well cover damaged during the roof removal process. This was underneath the drop tarp placed around the entire house and garage. Someone may have walked on it without realizing it was there. This was old and I am planning on replacing it. The contractor provided the plywood at no cost to me and he did leave some OSI caulk with me in case I find anything that needs to be patched. I have not found anything as of now. The remote irrigation system water sensor attached to the old gutter disappeared. The contractor did order a new one and will personally install it. <br /> The roof replacement was completed in one day. The rest of the job took a little longer. The project did fall behind by one day  day because of rain. <br /> A final inspection was conducted by both myself and the contractor. Aside from the little things that occured (I'm patient,) I found <br /> that one of the 3 exterior doors needs to have trim placed on the jam. The contractor will install this when the senor arrives. The cleanup job was well done; The crew even ran magnets over the grass and driveway to pickup any nails. I was even able to place of the trash from what I removed around the house - including old roof shingles inside of the garage - inside of the dumpster. <br /> All in all, I'm very pleased with the outcome. I do trust that Everlasting Exteriors will stand behind their craftsmanship and will fix anything that I may find wrong. I would not hesitate to recommend Everlasting as a roofing contractor. <br />"

"We were referred to Dusty's when our main plumber?s 100ft <br /> snake got stuck in our sewer line and he does not provide camera <br /> services.  Our plumber ran into his issue late on a Friday night and Dusty <br /> was able to come out first thing Monday morning; however, over the weekend <br /> Dusty had already contacted our city and they came out and marked our yard for <br /> safe underground digging (which seemed imminent).  Within an hour of <br /> arriving on Monday morning, Dusty was able to camera out and diagnose the <br /> broken line and give us a quote.  The cost of the camera and diagnosis was <br /> $175.  He quoted us $2800 to repair the line and was able to be back to <br /> our house by 8am the next morning.  We were unable to have them come out <br /> the very next day as we had to secure funding first.  During the next day <br /> and a half, I spoke with Taylor, Dusty's wife several times and she patiently <br /> answered my questions about the quote received.  They kindly credited a <br /> portion of the cost of the camera service from our overall quote which was <br /> greatly appreciated for such an unexpected, costly repair.  We scheduled <br /> Dusty's crew to come out on Wednesday morning and the repair was completed by <br /> 11:30am that day.  All contact with Dusty and Taylor was mind easing and <br /> helpful and they truly wanted to make sure our situation was taken care of due <br /> to its emergency status.  <br /> I do have to mention that few people had asked why they didn't come sooner to <br /> fix the line but with it being the weekend we figured we would be charged more <br /> for an emergency service.  We chose to wait until Monday.  Having to endure <br /> the inconvenience of no running water in our home and the huge expense the <br /> repair was, Dusty and his crew made the process a lot easier to handle. <br /> <br />"

"D's Doors was amazing!!!  I've only been a homeowner for a year (and am clearly ignorant, not even knowing the proper names of most garage/house parts), so when calling a repair person, I am usually nervous that someone will see a chance to overcharge me.  But these guys were able to accurately estimate the cost of repair over the phone from my description of the problem.  They also text (which I appreciate, as I am usually unable to take personal calls at work), so it was easy for me to set up the date for them to come fix the garage door.  They arrived promptly, fixed the door (it still works great :), and only charged what they'd estimated over the phone.  They even went WAY above and beyond, and included in the price putting back up a piece of roof fascia on my two-story house that had blown off in a weekend storm!  I would definitely hire them again.
