Then we will proceed with the work. Willing to come see the job and do the work the same day if we agree on a price. This will be weekend work.

"Came on time. Did a good job with regards to the roof. Responsive to concerns about potential areas that had previously had leaks. There was no water intrusion from their work. Price was good. Only negative was side walk and driveway were left muddy and with tracks from pressure cleaner. Mild debris, stones from the roof were not cleaned up, House hose was left on sidewalk and not returned to safe storage."

"The company had repaired leaks in my 1996 barrel tile roof after the 2005 hurricane season. Other leaks occurred with the recent hurricane, so I decided to go with a metal roof. I knew that barrel tile roofs do not prevent rain infiltration onto the underlayment, allowing water flows into valleys to erode the underlayment, causing the leaks and rot. The code underlayment quoted (2 separate layers) is more robust now, but I ordered at extra cost an even more robust underlayment. The company contact was more than helpful in arranging for "custom" installation. The installation team was meticulous in doing the custom work, very professional, the company contact checked in every day, my property was cleaner when they left, the office answered all my inquiries within 24 hours, a real homeowner-friendly contractor. If I lived further inland, I have no doubt I would have been equally happy with the standard installation."

"Everything went great! Oscar was very accommodating and did nit rush or become agitated when we stalled when trying to choose the right color paint. He was always on to,e and very thorough. He pressure cleaned the entire property, even areas he wasn't painting. Our house looks incredible! I would highly recommend. We've been doing projects on our house for over two years straight and these were the finishing touches. Oscar was the easiest and most honest and professional person we dealt with. It was a nice change of pace form the hassles and problems we've encountered with every other person we have dealt with."

"Jesus arrived within a couple of days to give us a quote. He said he could get started within 6 to 8 weeks. Keep in mind that this is the Keys after a MAJOR hurricane. Everyone was strained to the max, with contractors not even having time to return calls. We had lived with the blue tarp on the roof for a couple of months and it was tattered and leaking. We accepted the quote (the only one we had) and gave Jesus a deposit, impressed by his quick and thorough communication and professionalism. (The great Angie's list reviews didn't hurt either!) We did finally get a quote from another company that was a little less money, but they were quoting 6 months to start. 3 weeks later he was back for the tear off and dry-in. To be able to get rid of the buckets in the house 3 to 5 weeks ahead of schedule was a big surprise and relief, to say the least. A couple of weeks later the metal was delivered and a week later the metal was installed. Jesus and his crew did a great job, ahead of schedule. I can't say enough about his communication. He kept us informed by phone and text through out the process; we were never sitting around wondering when and if they would show up."

"We had to get the roof replaced due to hurricane damage and ended up interviewing around 10 contractors for the job. Collis Roofing was one of the last companies we met with, but we are sure glad we did. From the start, Wally was the consummate professional. He assisted us with everything from the initial assessment to helping us select an appropriate color for the shingles. He patiently walked us through the entire process. Next up was our Project Manager, Chris B, and his install team. They arrived onsite early on the day of installation, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterward like they weren't ever there. Chris provided constant updates on the progress throughout the entire installation and took plenty of pictures for insurance purposes. After the project was complete, the torch was passed to Ashley with the account receivable department. She was able to walk me through the final invoicing and was very helpful with all payment related questions. After all payments were received, I worked with Stephanie who promptly handled the post-project deliverables, with excellent communication. To sum it up, Collis exceeded expectations every step of the way. Roof replacements are a complex process, and we were relieved to have selected the perfect company for the job.
