He came back the very next day with the parts, and installed them and cleaned everything with my dryer. Once again, within a half hour. My 20 year old dryer is like new! He is very nice, polite, well spoken, very clean and neat, on top of being very knowledgeable, and fast, but not reckless. He is precise and logical. No fooling around. "My 25 year old pump was going out when I called at 4:30 pm. By 5:30 pm Prairie State Water Systems was at my house to inspect my system and verified that my pump was going out. At 8 am the next day, two men arrived. My pump was replaced with higher grade piping, couplers, and new wiring. As my system was 25 years old, I wanted the control box, pressure switch, and pressure tank in the basement replaced. By lunch I had a new system done at a fair price with a very high level of craftsmanship. I highly recommend Prairie State Water Systems."
